Sitting, place your hands, one over the other, at the heart level. Inhaling and open your hands out to the side; exhaling and bring your hands back to your heart. 3-5 times (or longer if you find this soothing).

A very gentle activation to the circulatory and respiratory functions. You can open your hands as much or as little as you like.

Placing your hands, finger tips at the top of your shoulders, inhale and stretch them away from you; exhale and bring them back, touching your shoulders again.

3-5 times. A gentle shoulder movement.
